こんにちは。先日香川県の塩江温泉郷にて鑑定士ＯＢ会に参加してきた吉田裕です。
ところで皆さんは塩江温泉、ご存知でしょうか。小じんまりとした温泉街ではありますが、塩江温泉は歴史が古く、開湯伝説によれば行基が開湯したと伝えられています。古くは潮江と記されており、塩気のある泉から塩江となったといわれています。
今回は、会員制リゾートのヴィラ塩江に宿泊しました。
私も初めて知ったのですが、この施設はリゾートクラブオーナーシステムを採用しており、５８室を７１１口の会員権で共有しているものだそうです。登記上も建物の所有権が共有持分によって登記され、権利証書が交付されるため、単なる利用権ではなく不動産として保全されます。
外資系ホテルのヒルトンもこのタイムシェアで有名ですが１週間単位でオーナーになることができ、相続も可能です。数年前、ヒルトンホテルに泊まった際に、営業をかけられこのタイムシェアの存在を知りましたが、海外のホテルのオーナーになるという響きには憧れをもちました。
非常に経済的で合理的なシステムとお見受けしますが、ご購入された方がいたら、一度お話を聞いてみたいものです（と言っても、すぐに購入できるだけの余剰資金などありませんが・・・興味本位で）。

Hello, Neat post. There is a problem together with your website in web explorer, might test this? IE nonetheless is the marketplace leader and a large part of folks will omit your wonderful writing due to this problem.

I don't know whether it's just me or if everybody else experiencing issues with your site. It looks like some of the text in your posts are running off the screen. Can somebody else please provide feedback and let me know if this is happening to them too? This could be a issue with my internet browser because I've had this happen before. Kudos

Greetings, I believe your blog may be having browser compatibility problems. When I look at your blog in Safari, it looks fine but when opening in I.E., it has some overlapping issues. I merely wanted to provide you with a quick heads up! Apart from that, fantastic blog!
